| Assistant Manager – Insurance Contact Centre We are currently looking for two regular full-time Contact Centre Assistant Managers. This position will be responsible for ensuring the financial strength of the Insurance department through the management and direction of sales, service, training, and staff development, to achieve agreed goals in a manner consistent with BCAA’s mission statement, corporate policies, Code of Ethics and climate objectives.
