| Recruitment and Staffing Manager CA (Calgary Office) - MY CJ EP Global is a Multi-National Corporation that has operated in more than 15 countries and a Global Provider that specializes in HR & recruitment Consultancy, Capability Management, and supply of Professional Specialist Staff. EP Engineering is the leading division within EP Global Group that provides and manages the specialist knowledge skills sets to the international oil and gas industry. Our clients are predominantly major Oil Operators and international engineering, consultancy or construction companies. We are only looking for a confident and pro-active candidate, who is willing to always go the extra mile, and want to see the bottom lines and the numbers result. Scope: • A multi tasking assignment. • Responsible for the Calgary Office local Canadian recruitment function. • Assist the country manager in the business development function, client’s management and assist in handling any industrial relations affairs • Assisting the Country manager in taking care of consultants/contract staff works assignment Including mob & demob, insurances, safety training • Liaise with government agencies and carry out LMO application whenever necessary • Liaison with the head office for international recruitment support Requirements: • Candidate preferably possesses a Basic Bachelor's Degree in Geographical Science or Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Human Resource Management, or equivalent. • Good communication skill, diligent work. • Familiar with Power Point, Excel Spread Sheet, word etc • Preferably with 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field of man power supply or recruitment agency environment | |
