Industry Leader has exciting opportunities as Contact Center Associates!

As a Contract Center Associate you will be responsible for responding to customer issues and queries via telephone and e-mail. Calls will include queries regarding customer accounts, investigate customer issues, arranging service calls, provide product information and etc…ensuring customer satisfaction and provide resolution.

In addition you will be responsible for documentation of customer issues and action items and will communicate and share information with the internal team.


Requirements:
Successful candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Your listening skills will be key to your success. Strong computer and keyboarding skills. Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills. Candidates should have a drive and passion for customer service, solutions driven as well takes initiative. You work well both in a team and independently

Knowledge of Windows NT/XP and MS Office.

Secondary School diploma

Must be flexible to work a shift between the hours of 6:00am and 12:00am - Monday to Sunday


Contract opportunity with the possibility to go direct
