Recruiter/Account Executive Do you have a knack for sales? Are you currently recruiting or have done recruiting before? Then we want to speak with you! We are a growing company in the Barrie area with contacts across the province of Ontario and looking to expand our client base. Our combined industry experience will help your reach your goals. We offer training and a fantastic compensation package! Requirements: - Minimum 1-2 years experience in outside or inside sales and/or telemarketing in a highly pressured environment with many competitors (preferably within the Staffing Industry) - Minimum 1-2 year experience in a recruitment or customer service environment - Strong sense of urgency and responsibility - College or University graduate (or equivalent work experience) - Experience in preparing and presenting formal proposals
