Senior Electrical Engineer Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experience in oil and gas and be registered as a professional engineer in Alberta (or eligible for registration). The candidate must have exceptional time management skills. The position would be a lead electrical role on one or more projects depending on size and complexity of the projects. Project work would involve: · Facilities & Distribution Electrical Engineering & Design · Review and checking designs · Electrical Equipment Sizing, Specification, Evaluation & Selection · Material Requisitioning & Purchasing · Start-Up and Commissioning as Required · Field / Shop Inspection as Required · Inter-Discipline Coordination & Communication In addition to the project work, a senior engineer would be expected to: · Provide support and advice for junior and intermediate engineers and designers. · Further encourage and add to IMV’s positive work environment
