Inbound Customer Service Associate

Job Description

Receive inbound inquiries for front line customer support for some of the most successful corporations in the world.


Expectations:

 Superior customer services skills
 Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
 Computer knowledge, specifically in a Windows environment


Additional Information:

 $9.25/hr - including shift premiums & the potential for you to earn quarterly merit increases
 Overtime offered after 40 hours per week
 Advancement opportunities – 90% of management started out as agents
