As a recruitment firm that specializes in staffing of Direct Hire Personnel representing leading companies and top performers, we are continuously looking to expand our team. Currently we are looking for 5 full time, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Recruiter. If you are an outgoing individual looking for flexibility in their work and the ability to make their own schedule within the recruitment industry, we have an excellent opportunity for you! The opportunity to work directly from the comfort of your own home translates into the undeniable opportunity to achieve more financial returns than you ever deemed possible. Working independently, your day to day tasks entail facilitating the 360 degree cycle recruitment of candidates and clients being held responsible for the acquisition of new orders, sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates to clients to promote a successful closure. You will be required to develop and maintain positive relationships with targeted clients and candidates in order to meet hiring targets as per planned forecasts and resource level requirements and changes. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: • Executing all recruitment functions including sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates • Portion of time spent on prospecting for new business via in person and telephone sales calls to identify prospects and client needs to secure assignments which will provide placements for quality associates and candidates • Developing and implementing recruiting strategies and programs to attract a continuous flow of applicants • Performing quality checks with assigned clients and providing all talent follow up as necessary • Maintain minimum standards and increase sales EDUCATION: • High school diploma or equivalent • College/University preferred QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to recruit in a fast paced corporate environment • Track record of some successful sales • Some experience in researching, identifying innovative candidates via networks etc. • Proficiency in MS Products (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.), Internet searches and web postings • Some sales background and previous after sale customer service interaction with relationship building SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: • Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand candidate and client needs • Ability to work independently without supervision and make decisions to achieve optimal results • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented • Access to a wide network of clients and potential candidates • Demonstrates superior customer service attitude • Driven, outgoing personality • Insatiable desire to succeed and make a difference with both clients and candidates • Must own computer, have the Internet and phone access • Professional appearance is essential • Proven ability to work with people at all levels • Must be flexible and a team player • Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop candidate and client relationships • Related sales/customer service experience Pillar Recruitment Group Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and thanks all interested applicants, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
