Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: 33,000 to 36,000 Yearly, 45 to 50 Hours per Week, Bonuses, Dental Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education & Credentials Required: Completion of High School & Proserve Certification

Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic Security Clearance

Credentials (Not Required):
Beverage Services Manager Certification, Food and beverage Server Trade Certification, Safe Food Handling Certificate, Bartender/Mixology Course Certification, Customer Service Excellence Certification, First Aid Certification, CPR Certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certification
Essential Skills Required:
Proficient English in Oral and Written Communication Skills, Ability to Supervise More Than 20 People,
Plan, Organize, Direct, Control & Evaluate Daily Operations and Implement Operational Procedures, Control Inventory, Monitor Revenues and Modify Procedures and Prices, Respond to Customer Complaints, Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed, Participate in Marketing Plans and Implementation, Enforce Provincial/Territorial Liquor Legislation and Regulations, Set Staff Work Schedules and Monitor Staff Performance, Recruit and Hiring Staff, Train Staff, Conduct Performance Reviews, Supervise Staff, Cost Products and Services, Customer Service Oriented, Computer Use
