| Family Law Clerk Our client, a Family Law firm in Brampton, seeks the knowledge and services of a dynamic, well-rounded and independent Family Law Clerk. Providing services to a mid- to high-end clientele, this firm requires an individual with significant experience working with complicated family law issues. Working directly with the client on all issues not requiring legal advice, the successful candidate will work up a file from undertakings and refusals, motions and pleadings to client and witness interviews, financial statement preparation, pre-mediation and pre-hearing briefs and pre-trial materials and will attend all mediations, hearings and trials alongside the lawyer. As there is regular client interaction strong interpersonal skills will be required. This client provides a friendly and supportive environment where employees are recognized and appreciated for their contributions.
