| Lead Sales Associate 180 Moda is presently seeking a Lead Sales Associate to work with our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As an integral member of 180 Moda, the successful candidate will interact daily with customers in a retail store environment and present a positive company image. You will be promoting and selling 180 Moda’s products and services, providing product information, assisting with customer inquires including new and existing customers, placing orders, assisting with shipping and receiving, maintaining a clean store environment and assisting managers with operations. If you are a strong team player with a passion for fashion, who can effectively develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers by practicing exceptional customer service, we would like to hear from you. Qualifications: • Minimum 6-12 months experience in customer service/sales environment • Strong communication and sales skills • Completion of Grade 12, post secondary preferred • Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email • Ability to work days, evenings and some weekends and extended hours when necessary • Previous experience selling men’s and or women’s suits and apparel | |
