| Support Center Manager Threshold Financial Technologies, a division of Versent Corporation, is one of Canada's largest private label Automated Banking Machine (ABM) networks providing fully managed outsourced solutions to major financial institutions and retail business clients nationwide. Actively involved in the ABM business since 1997, Threshold Financial Technologies currently supports approximately 2000 Laser Cash ABM machines coast to coast. We need an experienced Support Center Manager to take on the challenge of managing our growing team of customer service professionals to ensure our clients continue to receive best-in-class technical support from the 24 X 7 call center located in our Mississauga Head Office. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you are a knowledge expert with the capacity to analyse, implement and manage the strategies and processes required to establish operational readiness for new products, services and customer accounts. As our ideal candidate, you can demonstrate a track record building, integrating and optimizing support organizations to achieve results as well as fostering continued improvement by coaching and motivating high-performance teams. You have a post-secondary education, a minimum of 7 years financial support center experience, including at least 5 years as a strategic and tactical manager who has designed and implemented effective benchmark reporting, efficient workflow processes, and continuous improvement in key performance areas for growing teams of 20 to 50 staff.
