| Sales Manager Our company is a market-leading provider of premium integrated computer and document solutions for automotive retailers worldwide. Established in 1866, we expanded into the Canadian market in 1963 and continue to grow. We currently have an excellent opportunity for an outgoing and ambitious recent graduate to begin a rewarding career in business-to-business sales as a Field Sales Trainee. This is a full-time, permanent position in Winnipeg, Manitoba, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Job Description: · Learn the our company sales process and document solutions product line, which includes business forms, tags, labels and branded promotional items. · Support the sales team in meeting sales quota by assisting with lead generation and other aspects of the sales cycle in assigned territories. · Participate in selling our products and services to the existing customer base and develop new business through proactive prospecting and cold-calling. · Upon successful completion of the training program (six to 24 months), could be promoted to the role of Sales Consultant with an assigned territory and sales quota. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or College diploma. Valid Canadian Driver’s License and excellent driving record. Able to travel extensively, including to the United States for company-paid training. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. No previous experience is required. Willing to relocate within Canada to an assigned territory, upon completion of training. Rewards of the Job: Annual salary with full benefits package, company car, laptop, cell phone and credit card. Extensive paid training provided, including several courses at Reynolds University in Dayton, Ohio and on-the-job mentorship with an experienced Sales Consultant.
