Lead Wireless Construction Manager Job Title: Project Construction Management on AMI design – build project. Duration: Can be temp to perm or open ended contracting Location: Vancouver, BC - Canada (must be willing to travel all over Vancouver and maybe some through out British Columbia) Job Description: Responsibilities include overall construction management of the project including oversight of cost, quality, safety , and schedule. Position will be a direct report to the project manager and will be the construction liason to the client. Position will be supported by three direct reports for Meter Installation, Telecom Installation, and Warehouse. Located in the Canadian Province of British Columbia, initially in the Vancouver area. 10 – 15 years Telecom Construction experience. Must have strong communication, management and leadership skills. Experience desired: Work on large projects managing schedules, quality reporting systems, structure erection, line and antenna installation, permitting requirements, electric meter installation, handheld reporting tool management, MW system installation, fiber installation in the power space or underground Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, or relevant experience.
