| Operations/Plant Controller - Blue chip business Job Description Our client, with revenues close to the $1billion mark, is a global leader in the health and organic products industry. After an internal re-organisation it seeks an Operations Controller to fill this entirely new position, reporting straight to the Director of Operations with a dotted line to the VP of Finance. This role will offer a great deal of breadth, as you will be very close to the business and challenge and improve upon financial performance. You will also be responsible for the development of the Cost Accounting Manager. Requirements: - Designated accountant with at least five years of manufacturing experience. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior people. - In depth knowledge of costing. - Personable, fun and outgoing person who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
