TeamEX Casting Call for Program/Project Management Summary: We are looking for experienced program and project managers to work on our global projects. For this field, we want to hear from individuals whose career spans consistent delivery of large complex, multi-faceted initiatives. These experts will have dealt with Project Management Office policies, stakeholder management and governance, budget preparation and control, participation in gating protocols, schedule development and adherence, status reporting, and team building and control. You will be working directly with one or many clients or in partnership with us, to help companies plan and manage their deliverables, timelines, and project commitments. Work Related Qualifications: • Overall direction, coordination, planning, execution, control and completion of specific large-scale projects according to deadlines and within budget ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. • Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, partners and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to contractual commitment. • Define project scope, goals, methodology & deliverables. • Develop full scale project plans and define project tasks and resource requirements. • Manage project budget, resource allocation and day-to-day operational aspects. • Provide direction & support to the project team. • Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools. • Ensure project deliverables meet clients' quality standards and contract requirements; Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. • Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. • Minimize exposure and risk on projects including the tracking of key dates, issues and change control. • Constantly monitor and report on progress to concerned stakeholders and project sponsors. • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. • Follow-up on assigned clients to ensure customer satisfaction with knowledge transfer, lessons learnt and overall project quality control measures. • Formal training in Project Management is preferred Must Haves: • Proven program / project management experience of ten or more years. • Bachelor degree from accredited college or university. • A demonstrable track record in overseeing the planning and execution of large integrated and transformative programs/projects within scope, schedule and cost. • Experience in the management of corporate level projects. • Demonstrated experience in business and process governance and infrastructure support. • Organizational experience that includes a Government Ministry or a Government agency organization. • Superior critical thinking and problem solving skills. • Extensive conflict management experience gained from management and executive role interactions. • Mastery of MS Project including the integration of enterprise level project plans. • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to the C-level of organizations. • Outstanding drive for excellence and results where your ability to cultivate existing relationships and develop new relationships to enhance project outcomes and deliver top-notch customer service can be proven. • Experience managing both COTS and custom development projects in a vendor and consulting environment. • Use of project management methodology and be familiar with other methodologies. PMP certification preferred.
