| Fantasy Land Hotel- Server The L1 Lounge is currently looking full-time Servers. L1 Lounge Servers have social and outgoing personalities and provide attentive and personal service to all of our valued guests representing Fantasyland Hotel’s mission, vision and values. The primary duties of this position include greeting patrons, presenting menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages, taking guests orders, recommending wines that complement patrons' meals, serving food and beverages, presenting the bill to patrons and accepting payment, ensuring compliance with Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commissions and Safe Food Handling practices, promoting the daily events, activities and specials and playing a proactive role in developing business and generating revenues. The desired qualifications of this position include 3 years of experience serving in an upscale Lounge setting, completion of ProServe or willing to attend the required training, legislative awareness of over service and Quality, Service & Cleanliness Standards, an extroverted personality with a great smile and excellent communication and problem solving skills. | |
